Achtiyar is a shrub rose cultivar bred by Zinaida Konstantinovna Klimenko in Ukraine in 2007.

Flowers are white, cup-shaped, with yellow stamens, double (up to 32 petals), up to 9–10 cm in diameter, and borne in small inflorescences of up to 7 flowers.

Leaves are dark green, leathery, and dense.

The shrub has an arching growth habit, is densely foliated, and reaches up to about 120 cm in height.

The rose blooms once in spring or summer, with abundant flowering.

It is suitable for use in group plantings, hedges, boles, and as ground cover.

The name Achtiyar (Aqyar) is the original Crimean Tatar name for Sevastopol.
