More information
Acapella produces very large blooms and dense branching. They open from large buds and are initially deep-cupped, but when the petals fully unfold, a button is sometimes visible in the center. Acapella is a true hybrid tea rose, with blooms borne singly at the ends of long, erect shoots. The flowers are deep pink or pale crimson, with a silvery-white reverse to the petals, and do not burn out. The shrub is very vigorous, upright, with large foliage and quite prickly. In hot climates it reaches 2 metres. It combines strong growth, large bloom size, color, and fragrance.
